Exchange-Only Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different color or item of equal value.

Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Exchange Timeframe

  • You must initiate an exchange request within 15 days of the original delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused: The item must be in its original, new condition.

  • In original packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

  • Free of damage: The item must not be washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at support@giddyideas.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. Please specify the new item or color you would like to receive.

  2. Await Approval: Do not send your item back until you have received an exchange authorization and return shipping instructions from our team.

  3. Ship Your Item: Once approved, carefully package the item and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

  • We will cover the shipping cost of sending the new, exchanged item to you.

Processing Your Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

  • If approved, we will ship your new item within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@giddyideas.com. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.

*Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.
